BURN & BLOOM

Burn & Bloom is our signature yoga class which incorporates vinyasa flow, power and stretch.  These classes include sun salutations, cardio bursts, strength training and standing and seated postures.
This class is fitness driven and designed to strengthen the body, develop flexibility, improve stamina and get out of our head, into our body and move freely for a dynamic practice. 
The music is loud, the environment is supportive and welcoming for all levels and the vibes are good.

BUTI YOGA

Buti Yoga workouts transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic vinyasa-style yoga practice.
This is definitely not an ordinary yoga practice. From the music to the attire and infectious group energy, Buti won’t be like a typical yoga class either! The practice is physically challenging but it is for every BODY.
Don't be intimidated or scared. Don't overthink it. Just come ready to sweat, dance, flow and experience the magic. 


FIRE FLOW

Fire Flow is a fitness and strength based vinyasa style class.
You will be guided through a flow sequence that includes sun salutations, standing and seated postures and creative transitions. 


SCULPT & HOTcore

Sculpt® builds long, lean muscle with HIIT (high intensity interval training). HIIT kicks the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body's ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort.
HotCore is broken into high-intensity work intervals and low-intensity static yoga intervals to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is an ideal add-on workout for those looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga or fitness practice.
Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best a ccessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen.


RISE&GRIND

Rise & Grind is a special class offered Monday mornings at 6am.
This class takes our signature BURN & BLOOM class* and flips it upside down, starting slower as we wake up the body and then moving into a dynamic, powerful practice. Its a wonderful way to start your day and week.
