the Intensive for New Yoga Teachers

You finished your 200 hour yoga teacher training- so now what?

MAYBE you feel 100% confident and ready to go out in the world and teach…
But I would say the chances are you probably still feel a little unsure and scared- and that is totally normal.

You have the tools, you know the poses, you learned the cues- but now comes the REAL work- how to sound like YOU.

I want you to step in front of your students confident in your own voice. That doesn’t mean you have to know everything, that doesn’t mean you don’t occasionally fumble over your words and mix up your lefts and rights. That just means you know who you are as a teacher and you guide your students accordingly.

You don’t need another anatomy lecture (and frankly, your students don’t either). You just need a little more confidence and practice.

Finding Your Voice is a focused six-week experience designed to help new yoga teachers bridge the gap between the certification and authentic teaching.

Together we’ll refine your cueing, sequencing, presence, confidence, and teaching style so you can walk into class feeling grounded and confident in your voice.

This is the most immersive way to work together- a thoughtfully curated weekend where you’ll step into the living, breathing community of BURN+BLOOM and experience what it actually looks like to build a business, lead with authenticity, and create spaces that people remember.

Stay at Salted Roots, our beautiful on-site accommodations just steps from the studio, and spend the weekend immersed in classes, conversation, creativity, and community. Shadow me throughout the weekend, ask questions in real time, and experience the moments that simply can’t be recreated in a coaching session.

We’ll start our mornings with breakfast and coffee at Little Ritual Café, creating space for thoughtful conversation before the day begins. Throughout the weekend, we’ll refine your teaching, workshop your ideas, explore your business and creative vision, and have the kind of conversations that rarely fit into a scheduled Zoom call.

This isn’t another retreat or training.
It’s a chance to step into the work.

People often ask how yoga, photography, branding, birth work, retreats, studio ownership, and mentorship all fit together.
To me, they’ve never been separate.
They’ve always been different expressions of the same work.
Helping people reconnect with themselves and create something honest from that place.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga and movement, mentoring teachers, leading retreats, supporting families through birth, photographing hundreds of people, building brands, and creating spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and deeply connected.

In 2018, I founded burn+bloom, a community-centered yoga and movement studio built on the belief that transformation isn’t about changing who we are but more like coming home to ourselves. In 2026, that vision expanded into a yoga school, where I now train the next generation of teachers to lead with authenticity rather than imitation.

Along the way, I never stopped creating.

For more than sixteen years I’ve worked as a photographer, graphic designer, and creative director, helping businesses and individuals bring their ideas to life through storytelling, branding, and thoughtful design.

At first glance, those careers seem unrelated. But to me, they’ve always been asking the same question:

How do we uncover what already exists and express it more honestly?

That’s why Alchemy isn’t simply about becoming a better teacher or building a bigger business.It’s about creating work that feels like an authentic extension of who you are.
Sometimes that means refining your sequencing.
Sometimes it’s clarifying your message.
Sometimes it’s building a signature workshop, launching a retreat, strengthening your leadership, or discovering the confidence to finally trust your own voice.

The tools change but the philosophy doesn’t.

I don’t believe the world needs more facilitators trying to teach like someone else. I believe it needs more people courageous enough to lead from a place that is unmistakably their own.

If we work together, my role isn’t to hand you another blueprint. It’s to help you uncover your voice, refine your craft, and create experiences that people don’t just attend but remember.

We live in a culture obsessed with becoming better.

Another certification.
Another strategy.
Another morning routine.
Another expert telling us who we should become.

I don’t believe transformation works that way.
I believe our greatest work comes from uncovering, refining, and expressing what has been there all along.

I also want to be really clear about something: I have absolutely no interest in helping you teach like me.

I want to help you teach more like you.
Because the world doesn’t need more of me, I got that covered.

What the world actually needs is more teachers who are deeply connected to themselves, who are confident in what they want to say and the impact they want to leave behind.

What makes you different is what makes your work powerful.

This experience is about helping you uncover more of you- your voice, your vision, your style, your leadership, your magic and learning how to bring that into reality in a way that feels honest, embodied, and deeply aligned.

Because the teachers people remember aren’t the ones trying to be someone else. They’re the ones who make people feel something real.
