FLOW
Move like water—fluid, wild, unstoppable. This isn’t your basic vinyasa. We’re talking deep, intentional movement set to music that makes you feel something. Expect creative transitions, breath-fueled sequences, and a flow that rides the edge between strength and surrender. Don’t just practice—dive in.
YIN
Slow. Deep. Unshakable. This yin-style class is about dropping in—past the noise, past the tension, past the surface-level bullshit. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, long enough to make you confront yourself. Sink into the discomfort, feel what needs to be felt, and let it all go. Ground in. Get raw. Stay wild.
BREATHE
You’ve been breathing your whole life—but have you really breathed? This is breathwork with an edge. No soft, gentle exhales here. We’re moving energy, breaking patterns, and shifting states. It might get uncomfortable. It might crack you open. But that’s the point. When you master your breath, you master your life.
SOUNDBATH
Float into the void. This class blends meditation and sound healing with one goal: get you out of your head and into something bigger. Crystal bowls, deep tones, and an atmosphere thick with whatever the hell you need to release. Expect to leave feeling weightless, expanded, and just a little bit altered.
PRENATAL POWER
You’re not delicate. You’re a force of nature. This class is for the mamas who want to move, who know that birth is the ultimate endurance event, and who are ready to build the strength to carry both their baby and their power. Whether you’re early on or about to pop, this is where you move with intention, breathe with purpose, and own your changing body like the badass you are. Because pregnancy is weird. Let’s embrace the weird.
PILATES FOUNDATION
Strength that starts deep. This class is a full-body wake-up call—starting slow, controlled, and intentional, then turning up the intensity until you’re dripping sweat and shaking in all the best ways. Two rounds: first, we ground. Then, we ignite. Breath meets muscle, core meets fire, and you leave knowing you just did the damn thing. Expect deep beats, small props, and that good kind of sore tomorrow.
BURN&BLOOM
This is it. The class that started it all. A wild mix of vinyasa flow, power, and stretch, set to music that gets your blood pumping and your soul lit. It’s sweaty, it’s loud, and it’s built for anyone ready to show up and move like they mean it. Come as you are, leave reborn.

what to expect
Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, this is a space to come exactly as you are—no performance, no perfection. Just breath, movement, and raw, embodied truth.
Here’s everything you need to know before stepping into the studio:
What to Bring
• A yoga mat (we have a few to borrow if you forget)
• Water—you’ll probably sweat
• An open mind, a willing heart, and your whole badass self
What to Wear
Anything you can move freely and sweat in. Leggings, shorts, oversized tees, sports bras—whatever lets you breathe, stretch, shake, and drop into your body.
The Vibe
We move loud. We move deep. We move real.
Playlists are intentionally curated and often include unedited music—because sometimes healing requires full freedom and expression.
Arrival Time + Doors
The studio doors open 30 minutes before class starts.
This gives you time to land, breathe, connect, or just chill.
Doors are locked at class time—no late entry.
This keeps the container sacred and undisturbed once we begin. Come a little early, settle in, and honor the space.
Late Cancelation Policy
We get it—life happens. But space is limited.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours before class to avoid being charged.
No-shows and late cancels will be considered a used class on your pass, membership holders will be charged $10. This helps us hold space intentionally and fairly for everyone.
Parking
We are in downtown Anchorage- there is a limited parking lot and unlimited street parking (free on weekends and after 6pm for weekdays) but keep that in mind when booking classes.
