RESTORATIVE: yoga & massage
Sink into deep rest with this calming blend of restorative yoga and therapeutic massage.
In this 90-minute small-group session, you’ll be guided into fully supported, gentle postures using plenty of props. While you rest, Crystal — a licensed massage therapist — offers hands-on massage to melt tension, support circulation, and encourage deep release.
Expect slow movement, mindful breathing, soothing touch, and an atmosphere designed for profound relaxation.
